No Such Place Waiver of participation

I agree that I am a participant of No Such Place festival, and I know that running in and volunteering for organised physical and social events are potentially hazardous activities, which could cause injury or death. I will not participate in any events, group training or social events organised by the festival, unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my purchase of ticket "signature", I certify that I am of legal drinking age and medically able to perform all activities associated with the festival and am in good health, and I am properly trained. I agree to abide by all rules established by the festival, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the info and rules of the festival and agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with being a participant of this festival and participation in festival activities which may include: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including extreme cold, high heat and/or humidity, traffic and conditions of the road, track, trail, lake, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my participation, I, for myself and everyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the No Such Place festival, the Norrtälje community, and the country of Sweden, all festival sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liability of any kind arising out my participation with the festival, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recording or any other record for any legitimate promotional purposes for the festival. According to the Swedish consumer law I have no right to cancel a booking for an event. When my booking is paid no cancelation can be made. I agree to be subscribed to the No Such Place newsletter.

Stay within the festival area.

Recycle and use the bins provided.

Do not leave cigarette butts and snus on the ground.
